TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 - Definitions
- Seller: Key Element Music, located at Nieuwpoortkade 2a, 1055 RX Amsterdam, Netherlands, email address: info@daanherweg.com.
- Buyer: The natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the Seller through the online shop of Key Element Music.
- Products: All goods offered by Key Element Music in its online shop, specifically used CDs.
- Agreement: Any agreement or contract between Seller and Buyer, of which the Terms and Conditions are an integral part.
Article 2 - Applicability
- These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from the Seller and to every Agreement reached between Seller and Buyer.
- Before the Agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions is made available to the Buyer.
Article 3 - The Offer
- If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
- Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the Buyer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.
Article 4 - The Agreement
- The Agreement comes into effect, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment the Buyer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set forth.
- If the Buyer has accepted the offer electronically, the Seller immediately confirms receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.
Article 5 - Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
- The Seller aims to dispatch orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
- The Seller is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping company.
Article 6 - Return Policy
- The Buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
- The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products, provided they are in their original condition.
Article 7 - Payment
- Unless otherwise agreed, payments by the Buyer shall be made using the methods offered by the Seller in the online shop.
- The Buyer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to the Seller without delay.
Article 8 - Complaints Procedure
- Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the Seller within a timely manner, fully and clearly described, after the Buyer has discovered the defects.
- Complaints submitted to the Seller will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the Seller will respond with a receipt confirmation and an indication when the Buyer can expect a more detailed answer.
