TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 - Definitions

  1. Seller: Key Element Music, located at Nieuwpoortkade 2a, 1055 RX Amsterdam, Netherlands, email address: info@daanherweg.com.
  2. Buyer: The natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the Seller through the online shop of Key Element Music.
  3. Products: All goods offered by Key Element Music in its online shop, specifically used CDs.
  4. Agreement: Any agreement or contract between Seller and Buyer, of which the Terms and Conditions are an integral part.

Article 2 - Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from the Seller and to every Agreement reached between Seller and Buyer.
  2. Before the Agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions is made available to the Buyer.

Article 3 - The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
  2. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the Buyer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.

Article 4 - The Agreement

  1. The Agreement comes into effect, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment the Buyer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set forth.
  2. If the Buyer has accepted the offer electronically, the Seller immediately confirms receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.

Article 5 - Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
  2. The Seller aims to dispatch orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
  3. The Seller is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Article 6 - Return Policy

  1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
  2. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  3. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products, provided they are in their original condition.

Article 7 - Payment

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, payments by the Buyer shall be made using the methods offered by the Seller in the online shop.
  2. The Buyer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to the Seller without delay.

Article 8 - Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the Seller within a timely manner, fully and clearly described, after the Buyer has discovered the defects.
  2. Complaints submitted to the Seller will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the Seller will respond with a receipt confirmation and an indication when the Buyer can expect a more detailed answer.
